A great design means nothing if it isn't made well and made on time. That's your job. You'll run the floor across both brands, pattern masters, tailors, finishers and quality checkers, and turn the design team's vision into finished garments that actually ship. This is the seat where the whole operation either flows or jams. You'll keep quality high and deadlines met, coordinate with design, inventory, customer service and the founder, and never stop tightening the system: new methods, new tools, fewer bottlenecks.

01 What you'll do

- Run the production floor across both brands: lead the pattern masters, tailors, finishers and quality checkers, and keep work moving from cut to finish.
- Own day-to-day fulfilment: plan and assign the day's work, and use your runners and floor staff to keep every order on track and on time.
- Hold the quality bar: build checks into the process so garments come out right the first time, not reworked after.
- Coordinate across the business: work with the design team, inventory and the founder so production always has what it needs and nothing stalls.
- Work with customer service: stay on top of priorities and issues so what ships keeps customers happy.
- Improve the system: hunt down bottlenecks, raise efficiency, and stay open to new methods, tools and services that make the floor better.

02 Who you are

- An experienced production or operations lead in apparel: you've run a floor and hit deadlines under pressure.
- A strong people manager:



you can direct pattern masters, tailors, finishers, QC and floor staff, and get the best out of each.
- Systems-minded: you spot bottlenecks before they bite and you're always tightening the process.
- Open to current methods, tools and services, not doing it a certain way just because that's how it's always been done.
- A clear coordinator who keeps design, inventory, customer service and the founder in sync.
- Comfortable with speed, ownership, quality standards and direct feedback.

03 Nice to have

- Experience producing both Indian ethnic and Western wear.
- Experience with made-to-order or made-to-measure production.
- A track record of cutting turnaround time or defects.
- Comfort using AI or digital tools to plan and track production.
