Production Manager / Assistant Manager Production

Experience: 5-6 Years in Refrigeration industry will be preferred

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities for Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) machines.
- Manage complete machine assembly, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, brazing, and testing activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned schedules and customer requirements.
- Monitor manpower utilization, production efficiency, material availability, and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, PPC, Purchase, Stores, and Service teams for smooth production.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor rework, rejection, productivity, and production losses.
- Guide and develop production engineers, technicians, and operators.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
