About the Role

ABI is seeking an experienced Production Head to lead and drive operational excellence across production, planning, manpower management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, achieving production targets, optimizing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring daily reporting to the plant located in Sangareddy–Balimpalli, Telangana. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and managing day-to-day operations directly from the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

* Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules.

- Track production targets versus actual output and analyze performance variances.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, downtime, and productivity metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.
- Review production reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Operations Reporting & MIS

* Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.




- Develop and maintain operational KPIs and performance scorecards.
- Analyze production and operational data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports.
- Drive reporting automation and process improvements using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools.

Manpower & Shift Management

* Monitor attendance, shift allocation, manpower deployment, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure optimum workforce utilization across all shifts.
- Coordinate with HR on manpower planning, recruitment requirements, and workforce optimization.
- Maintain discipline, safety awareness, and operational efficiency among plant personnel.

Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

* Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and HR teams.
- Support production planning, inventory monitoring, and resource allocation activities.
- Assist management in forecasting, capacity planning, and operational budgeting.
- Ensure alignment between production schedules and customer requirements.

Team Management

* Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, MIS executives, and operational support teams.
- Establish performance goals and monitor team effectiveness.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, reporting activities, and operational objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



or a related discipline preferred.
- MBA in Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Production Operations, Plant Operations, or Industrial Operations.
- Experience in reusable bottle rewashing, beverage, FMCG, packaging, or process manufacturing environments will be preferred.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and achieving operational targets.

Required Skills

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of production processes, plant operations, and manufacturing KPIs.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence/reporting tools is preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements through insights and reporting.

Preferred Profile

* Experience working in manufacturing plants and production-driven environments.
- Exposure to production planning, capacity planning, and supply chain coordination.
- Strong focus on operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the Sangareddy/Balimpalli region will be preferred.

- Work Mode: Full-Time On-Site
- Reporting Location: Sangareddy – Balimpalli, Telangana
- Daily plant presence is mandatory to oversee operations, manpower, production performance, and cross-functional coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
