Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
- 15–20 years experience in Cast Iron & SG iron foundry
- Minimum 5 years in senior production leadership role

Technical Competencies

- Strong knowledge of SG iron treatment & inoculation practices
- Understanding of microstructure control (Ferritic / Pearlitic grades)
- Experience with induction furnace operations
- Knowledge of green sand system & sand testing
- Familiarity with spectrometer & metallurgical testing
- Exposure to automotive casting standards preferred

Role Summary

The Production Head will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of a Cast Iron (CI) and

Spheroidal Graphite (SG/Ductile Iron) foundry. The role is responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring metallurgical quality, controlling costs, improving yield, and maintaining safe and effective plant operations.
