Voltra Systems Pvt. Ltd. is commissioning a new manufacturing facility at Zaheerabad for LT control panels and busbar trunking (BBT) systems. We are hiring a Production In-charge to run day-to-day shop floor operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Convert monthly/weekly production plans into daily job cards, machine loading and manpower allocation

- Supervise complete sheet metal fabrication: shearing, CNC punching, laser cutting, bending, notching, welding, grinding and enclosure assembly

- Read and interpret GA, fabrication and development (flat pattern) drawings; verify bend allowances and tolerances

- Ensure safe and correct operation of CNC turret punch, press brake, shearing machine, busbar bending/punching/cutting machines and welding equipment

- Implement and enforce preventive maintenance schedules; handle first-level breakdown troubleshooting and coordinate with OEM service engineers

- Manage tooling inventory punches, dies, press brake tooling, consumables and track tool life

- Oversee pre-treatment and powder coating; inspect finish quality before assembly

- Control sheet utilisation and nesting efficiency; reduce scrap and rework

- Enforce in-process inspection,



drive root cause analysis on rejections

- Ensure Factories Act compliance, PPE discipline, machine guarding and safe work practices

- Supervise and train operators, fitters, welders and helpers; build shift discipline

- Maintain daily production, rejection and productivity reports

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production or Industrial Engineering

- 8–12 years in sheet metal fabrication or electrical panel manufacturing, minimum 3 years in a supervisory role

- Hands-on knowledge of machine running and maintenance is mandatory

- Knowledge of LT panels (MCC/PCC/APFC) or busbar trunking preferred

- Exposure to greenfield plant setup or new line commissioning is an advantage

- Familiarity with ERP-based production planning, AutoCAD/SolidWorks desirable

- Must be willing to relocate to or commute to Zaheerabad, Sangareddy District

- English plus Telugu or Hindi
