- Food Technology qualification is mandatory.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day food production operations as per production plans and targets.
- Monitor production processes, machinery and process parameters to ensure smooth and productive operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials, manpower and machinery.
- Supervise production staff and ensure proper manpower allocation across shifts.
- Monitor production output, wastage, downtime and productivity and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, batch sheets and daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per SOPs, process standards and safety requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
