Key Responsibilities

- Execute shift production of dry-mix construction chemicals and paints wall putty, tile adhesives, grouts and related products to meet daily and monthly output targets.

- Operate and monitor batching, mixing and packing equipment; ensure correct batch sequencing and recipe adherence as per production orders.

- Verify raw material issue against batch cards and ensure correct dosing of cement, fillers and additives.

- Maintain accurate production records — batch logs, output sheets, downtime and material consumption — and report shift performance.

- Ensure finished products meet quality specifications; coordinate with QC for in-process and final checks, and segregate non-conforming material.

- Follow safety, housekeeping (5S) and dust-control practices on the shop floor, and ensure correct use of PPE.

- Monitor machine performance, report breakdowns promptly and coordinate with Maintenance to minimise downtime.

- Track packing material and finished goods movement to Stores and support stock accuracy.

- Support the team in identifying process bottlenecks and improving yield,



cycle time and wastage reduction.

- Guide operators and contract workers on standard operating procedures and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. (Chemical, Mechanical or Production) or B.Sc. (Chemistry); ITI with relevant experience also considered. Freshers are welcome to apply.

- 0–3 years of shop-floor / production experience, preferably in dry-mix, cement-based products, paints or process manufacturing.

- Working knowledge of batching, mixing and packing operations and basic machine handling.

- Ability to read batch cards / production orders and maintain accurate records.

- Understanding of quality, safety and housekeeping standards in a manufacturing setting.

- Basic computer / MS Excel literacy for production reporting.

- Willingness to work in shifts and to be based at the assigned location.

- Reliable, disciplined and eager to learn, with a hands-on attitude toward shop-floor work.
