Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Production

Engineer will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that ductwork and related HVAC products are manufactured according to specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, and monitoring machinery and workflow to optimize efficiency. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, troubleshooting production issues,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The Production

Engineer will also prepare production reports, support health and safety practices, and communicate regularly with supervisors, technicians, and cross-functional teams to meet project and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills, with experience in manufacturing or HVAC-related industries.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify root causes, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to standards, perform inspections, and maintain documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, HVAC components, and basic safety regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or production management software is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a focus on quality and deadlines.
