Role Description The Production Engineer will work on-site in Hisar in a full-time capacity, overseeing daily production activities and ensuring efficient use of resources. The role involves planning and controlling production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

The Production

Engineer will monitor quality standards, analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.





Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, supporting the introduction of new products or processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines. The role also requires regular communication with internal stakeholders to align production schedules with customer requirements and organizational targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Production Engineering knowledge and experience in manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Production Planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control, including inspection, standards implementation, and root cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting production status.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety practices is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hisar, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a rapid-paced production workplace.
