Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering

Experience

4+ Years of experience in Automotive Industry, preferably in Machine Shop / CNC Machining

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production activities in CNC Turning, VMC & HMC machining.
- Achieve daily production, quality and OEE targets as per production plan.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity and production efficiency.
- Reduce cycle time, rejection, downtime and process losses.
- Ensure proper tool change, tool management and process control.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning teams for smooth production.
- Monitor and maintain 5S, safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
- Support recent product trials, process improvements and productivity enhancement.




- Prepare and maintain production, MIS and performance reports.
- Identify production problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning / VMC / HMC
- Lean Manufacturing & 5S
- OEE and Cycle Time Improvement
- GD&T; and Engineering Drawing Reading
- Root Cause Analysis & 7 QC Tools
- Shop Floor & Production Management
- Manpower Handling and Team Coordination
