- Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters and helpers.

- Monitor employee attendance, discipline and productivity.

- Plan and execute daily production as per the production schedule.

- Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.

- Monitor sheet metal fabrication activities from cutting to final assembly.

- Monitor Laser/Plasma cutting, CNC bending, shearing, punching, welding, grinding and assembly operations.

- Identify quality problems and implement corrective actions.

- Allocate work to operators, welders, fitters and helpers.

- Monitor employee attendance, discipline and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures and PPE requirements.

- Ensure workers use safety shoes, gloves, goggles, helmets, ear protection and other required PPE.

- Monitor production efficiency, manpower productivity and machine utilization.

- Prepare daily production reports.

- Maintain production, rejection, rework and downtime records.

- Monitor production against daily/monthly targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
