Production Engineer

Location- Pune (MIDC Bhosari)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Industry: Industrial Safety Fencing & Fabrication

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

About the Role

Swiza Safetech LLP is hiring a proactive Production Engineer to drive daily manufacturing operations. You will oversee production schedules, optimize workflow efficiency, and maintain high safety and quality standards in fabrication and sheet metal manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Supervision: Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Sync: Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments.
- Process & Output Optimization: Maximize machine and manpower utilization, reduce wastage, and prepare daily performance reports.
- Troubleshooting:



Resolve production bottlenecks and enforce 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

What We Are Looking For

- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- Industry Focus: Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, welding, or industrial manufacturing.
- Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings, knowledge of Lean/5S, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, practical problem-solving, and explicit communication skills.
