Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer with a strong background in Sheet Metal Fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring fabrication activities to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor sheet metal fabrication activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly processes.
- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and resolve fabrication-related issues.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design,



and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records and fabrication-related documentation.
- Ensure safety practices are followed in the fabrication area.
- Support process improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication processes
- Good knowledge of welding, cutting, bending, and assembly operations
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of fabrication tools, machines, and inspection methods
- Good problem-solving and team coordination skills

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sheet Metal Fabrication / Fabrication Engineering.
