We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and support event décor production and on-ground execution.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with fabrication & décor teams
- Prepare material lists, loading sheets, and inventories
- Manage workshop operations and timelines
- Oversee quality checks for props & setups
- Handle dispatch, logistics, and event venue setups
- Work closely with our event management team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in production/fabrication/event décor (preferred)
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Ability to manage physical, on-ground tasks
- Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail
- Versatile to work late hours and travel for events
