1. Position Title : Production & Service Engineer - ShreeIns

2. Location : Baroda, Gujarat

3. Department : Production & Testing

4. Job Summary:

This professional will support Department by performing activities like soldering, assembling of instruments.

5. Key Responsibilities:

Have knowledge of Soldering and able to do soldering of different components

QC testing of assembled instrument as per check list

Preparing documents as pet check list

Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on protected and effective equipment use.

Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.





Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.

Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Qualifications:

ITI/ Diploma/BE/B.sc/M.sc (Electronics and communication/Instrumentation Engineering)

7. Experience Required: 1-3 years of sholdering & testing of equipment / Instruments

- Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems

Basic trouble shooting skill

Willing to work as pet organisation requirements

Good communication

Excellent active listening and customer service skills.

The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

The ability to remain professional under pressure.
