Job Title: Product Support Team Lead

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Product Support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide product-related support via email, chat, and phone.
- Handle client communications and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Product, Development, or QA teams.
- Guide customers on product features and functionality.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support activities.
- Prepare support reports and analyze team performance metrics.
- Train, mentor,



and support team members to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
