As a Product Strategy and Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Product Strategy and Operations Manager and the Product leadership team, partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This is an ideal first role for a fresh MBA graduate who wants exposure to how a fast-scaling product organisation actually runs — you'll learn by doing, with real ownership from day one. You will:
- Support the P&E; rhythm of business — helping coordinate roadmap reviews, sprint planning, launch readiness, post-launch retrospectives, and QBRs — and help build the operating cadence that keeps the product organisation structured and predictable.
- Help track the product metrics that matter: activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and their leading indicators. Assist in building out the "product landing" framework — a structured post-launch process that ensures new features are actually adopted and generate learnings for the next iteration.
- Support the product-level analysis of pricing and packaging — how capabilities are bundled, how value is communicated at each tier, and how new AI modules affect the overall commercial model.
- Assist Finance and Sales on pricing changes — building models of customer impact and helping structure the internal and external communication around pricing evolution.
- Help develop ROI frameworks and value metrics for each product area,
which Marketing and Sales can use in positioning and commercial conversations.
- Support the sales enablement process — working with Sales and Marketing to help set targets, build plans, and track tactics that drive pipeline generation, CSAT, and adoption.
- Help build and maintain competitive intelligence systems that give product leaders an up-to-date view of the market landscape.
What We're Looking For
- Full-time MBA (recent graduate or final-year student) from a premier B-school — ISB, IIMs, or equivalent — with a specialization or strong interest in Strategy, Operations, Product Management, or General Management.
- 0–2 years of work experience; pre-MBA experience in technology, consulting, product, or operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data to build frameworks, dashboards, and business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to structure and present ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and comfort operating with ambiguity — the kind of environment typical of an early-stage, fast-scaling product organisation.
- Interest in enterprise SaaS / IT management products (RMM, PSA, MDM, Endpoint management, Ticketing systems) and emerging AI technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required, followed by a full-time MBA from a top-tier B-school.
