Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Specialist – Mutual Funds / Investment Products with strong knowledge of Equity, Debt, Capital Markets and Investment Products.

The role will work closely with the sales team, investors, HNI/UHNI clients and key stakeholders to drive product penetration, conduct product and market sessions, and support investment-related discussions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive concept selling and product-level targets across Equity and Debt products.
- Conduct regular product training and knowledge sessions for sales teams.
- Communicate market outlook, product positioning and investment concepts effectively.
- Support Relationship Managers in important HNI/UHNI and investor meetings.
- Work with sales teams to improve product mix and product penetration.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for product-related queries.
- Conduct investor meetings,



huddles and conference calls.
- Provide market intelligence on competitor products and positioning.
- Share investor/customer feedback with Product and Investment teams.
- Simplify complex capital-market concepts for sales teams and investors.
- Closely support key Family Office / UHNI relationships.

Preferred Candidate Candidates currently working with AMC, Mutual Fund, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory or Investment Product teams will be preferred.

Experience in handling HNI/UHNI investors, Relationship Managers, product training and investment-product positioning will be highly relevant.
