Support Avo Assure product learning and enablement through robust product and feature knowledge. Develop and validate hands-on learning content, demos, workbooks, and exercises. Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to learners and the Education team.
Review content for technical accuracy, product functionality, and release alignment. Assist with test automation, test case design, troubleshooting, and feature analysis. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Education teams to translate product capabilities into clear learning experiences.
Support product demonstrations and learner queries during training and enablement programs. Stay current with Avo Assure releases, features, and best practices.
