We are looking to hire Product Sales Support Specialists at Hyderabad, please find the below for your reference.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shifts: 24/7

Work Mode: Work from office (no Hybrid or Remote)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound phone and chat interactions with business customers in a confident and collaborative manner.
- Position the client's commercial hardware and software solutions against customer needs.
- Clarify customer questions, handle objections, and agree next best actions based on purchase intent.
- Provide Voice of Customer and Voice of Business feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills / Experience

- Proven sales orientation with at least two years of sales or tele sales experience preferred with 3C product experience an advantage.
- Robust interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with CRM/sales tool familiarity.
- Typing proficiency of approximately 35 WPM in English
- Direct sales conversion, revenue, order value, customer satisfaction, lead quality, and business customer experience outcomes.
