Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support our sourcing and vendor management activities. This role will be critical in ensuring timely procurement of merchandise, supplies, and services required to keep Uni Seoul’s retail operations smooth, cost-effective, and customer-first.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Supplier Management -

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors for retail merchandise and operational supplies.

Build long-term partnerships with suppliers to ensure consistency in quality and timelines.

Track vendor performance, pricing trends, and payment terms.

Procurement Operations-

Execute purchase orders (POs) and ensure on-time delivery across stores and warehouse.

Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP/Zoho or similar platforms.

Coordinate inward/outward material flow with the warehouse and logistics teams.

Cost & Compliance-





Negotiate cost-effective deals while maintaining Uni Seoul’s quality standards.

Monitor budgets, track expenses, and report variances.

Ensure all procurement practices comply with company policies and statutory requirements.

Inventory & Store Support-

Support store teams with procurement of daily operational needs (packaging, uniforms, store supplies).

Work closely with the Visual Merchandising (VM) and Operations teams for campaign-related purchases.

Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing consumption and sales data.

What we are looking for-

Qualification: Graduate in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 1–2 years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or FMCG.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement/ERP systems (Zoho Books/Zoho Inventory a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
