Product Owner - Legal & Compliance Domain

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with solid expertise in the Legal & Compliance to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and engineering teams to define and deliver compliant, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
- Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into product features.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
- Prioritize requirements and ensure timely product delivery.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product lifecycle management.
- Ensure products align with governance, risk, and compliance standards.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
- Strong experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or GRC domains.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred
- Experience in Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.
- SAFe or Agile certifications are a plus.
