In this position you will be…

- Working closely with our partners' stakeholders to gather and define requirements for API integrations.
- Working closely with development teams to ensure user stories are well-understood and accurately implemented.
- Utilizing Postman and Fiddler to test and validate API integrations.
- Maintaining and updating documentation using MS-Office applications.
- Identifying opportunities to automate product processes using AI (e.g., documentation, testing, and analysis).
- Collaborating with teams to incorporate AI-driven solutions into product development.

You will be responsible for…

- Gathering and defining requirements for API integrations.
- Writing clear and comprehensive user stories that include detailed instructions for integrating with insurance carriers' APIs.
- Maintaining and updating documentation using MS Office applications.
- Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
- Ensuring that all integrations meet compliance and security standards.

Literacy- DigiTech & Data:
- You must have excellent documentation skills and proficiency with MS-Office applications.
- You need to have a solid understanding of API integration processes and technologies.
- You should be proficient in using Postman and Fiddler for API testing and debugging.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar is beneficial.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

- Relevant BA – industrial engineering, information systems, or a related field with an analytical orientation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - English (written & verbal).
