The Data Product Owner is responsible for maintaining the health and integrity of our core Customer Master Data Management (MDM) system by actively identifying, analyzing, and driving complex data issues to resolution. Working in a custom, in-house built system environment, the candidate will take direct ownership of a growing backlog of system issues. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on, technically proficient product owner who can proactively prioritize, triage, and organize data anomalies, partnering closely with technology teams to drive them to final resolution.

This role bridges technical execution and product management, requiring an individual who can translate detailed customer data insights into actionable system improvements.

Advanced capability to query databases, write complex joins, and perform deep-dive analysis to locate data anomalies and investigate data issues.
- Data Flow & Architecture Analysis: Robust understanding of how customer data flows across upstream and downstream systems to identify integration bottlenecks or data quality lapses.
- API Specification & Payload Analysis: Ability to read, interpret, and validate API specs and payloads to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Pattern Recognition: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets to identify data quality trends, duplicates, and systemic data patterns.
