Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Product

Manager will oversee the entire product life cycle, including market research, product planning, requirement definition, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and customer needs, developing product strategies and road maps, managing product launches, and monitoring product performance against business objectives. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery, while identifying opportunities for product improvement and portfolio expansion.

The Product

Manager will also prepare business cases, support pricing and positioning decisions, and provide product training and support to commercial teams.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in product management activities such as market analysis, road map planning,



and life cycle management.
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life-sciences product management is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Ahmedabad and engaging with diverse teams.
