Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product development, customer needs, and business requirements.

You will work closely with engineering, design, QA, business, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities.
- Gather customer and business requirements and translate them into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Track and analyze product KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Support product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, customer expectations, and product management best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business

Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of user stories, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Positive to Have

- Experience working on SaaS, Web, Mobile, AI, or technology products.
- Knowledge of product analytics and KPIs.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with customer discovery, user research, or competitor analysis.
