About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, curious and analytical Product Marketer who enjoys figuring things out.

You’ll work across product marketing, growth, customer research, campaigns and analytics. You’ll spend a lot of time understanding what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next.

We don't expect you to know everything. We do expect you to think well, learn fast, ask good questions and take ownership.

What You’ll Do

- Understand Shipturtle’s product, customers, competitors and markets deeply
- Analyse marketing and conversion funnels to identify problems and opportunities
- Work on positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Help plan and execute campaigns across different channels
- Work with SEO, content, paid marketing, social, email and website initiatives
- Look at data, build hypotheses and run experiments
- Research customers and competitors to uncover new opportunities
- Improve landing pages, messaging and conversion journeys
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success
- Coordinate with the broader marketing team to take ideas from strategy to execution
- Explore new tools, channels and AI-led ways of working

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability




- Naturally curious and willing to dig deeper instead of accepting the first answer
- Comfortable working with numbers, data and funnels
- Exposure to Google Ads, SEO, analytics, content or other digital marketing channels is a plus
- Ability to understand a product and communicate its value simply
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High ownership and willingness to get hands-on
- Ability to learn quickly and figure things out independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
