About the Role

As a product manager, you’ll understand competition and identify growth by prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products. You’ll also work closely with sales, marketing and support them to ensure strong revenue with great customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product roadmap with a measurable impact
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, legal, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.




- Manage SaaS Platform direction on product releases via Market research, Customer research, metrics proposition, sales feedback and marketing overview
- Manage the GTM activities (positioning, pricing, messaging) for product launch and product adoption while collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Pre-sales and Engineering team
- Handle frequent interaction with customers & feedback loops
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX team on product development processes and different product releases
- Owns the Complete ownership of the product from ideation to launch & post launch
- Ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or

related technical discipline with technical expertise in the SaaS domain as a Product Manager
- 3 years of experience in Product, owning complete b2b saas product preferably from BFSI segment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and Vibe Coding methodologies to accelerate product development and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, and API documentation.
- Good knowledge of database concepts, data models, and schema design.
- Analytically oriented with strong communication skills and an ability to think strategically
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and effective deadline management
- Create and manage feature backlogs and maintain product feedback boards
- Regularly create and update product requirement documents
- Work on customer feedback and queries and update the roadmap accordingly
- Experience working with fast moving startup is a plus
