we are looking for a Product Manager / Product Engineer to develop and manage products and solutions specifically for the Government and BFSI sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding sector-specific customer needs, defining product requirements, coordinating with engineering teams, and supporting the product from concept to launch and lifecycle improvement.

Prior experience in developing or managing similar products for Government, PSU, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance customers is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand requirements specific to Government projects, BFSI, Banking, Financial Inclusion, Payments and Enterprise customers.
- Interact with customers and business teams to understand Voice of Customer (VOC) and convert requirements into product specifications.
- Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Document (PRD), Product Specification, Feature Matrix and Product Roadmap.
- Define product features, technical specifications, performance requirements and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Sales Team and Technical Team.
- Coordinate prototypes, proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, product validation, reliability testing, and field trials.
- Ensure products meet customer requirements related to performance, security, connectivity, reliability,



serviceability, and compliance.
- Work with customers and system integrators on customized product requirements.
- Understand requirements related to POS, payment terminals, Tablets, Aadhaar/biometric applications, KYC, authentication, scanners, printers and connectivity peripherals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer-specific technical and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

- 3- 5 years of experience in product management, product engineering, solution development, or technical product management.
- Must have similar experience in developing or managing products for Government, PSU, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance customers.
- Experience with electronics, embedded systems, hardware-software products, banking peripherals, transaction devices, printing, scanning, point-of-sale, kiosks, or enterprise technology products is preferred.
- Experience with consumer electronics, IT hardware or electronic devices.
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality, supply-chain, and service teams.
- Familiarity with Government or BFSI procurement, RFPs, tenders, security requirements, certifications, and customer evaluation processes
