Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote oncology products, including cancer diagnosis and treatment options.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, ensuring successful product-market fit and commercial success.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions.

- Manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Product Manager or similar role.

- Robust understanding of oncology therapeutics area knowledge including cancer biology, genetics, immunotherapy etc. .

- Proven track record of developing effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
