Role Summary:

Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of microfinance products, including conceptualization,

process design, technology enablement, and portfolio monitoring. The role focuses on driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

- Through planning for execution and implementation of assigned tasks and projects under microfinance loan products

Policies, Processes & Procedures

- Tracking of Policy and Process adherence, gap analysis and plugging of gaps by redesigning of policy and process, liaising with stakeholders, change management.
- Implementation and closure of audits and regulatory compliance points.
- Timely internal and external reporting.

Business Development

- Drive disbursement growth through effective product and process implementation.
- Support business expansion through cross-sell products and BC management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for product and process improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting





- Monitor KPIs related to product performance, process efficiency, and business growth.
- Conduct gap analysis and track implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure timely reporting of business and operational performance metrics.

Relationship Management

- Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Collections teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication for smooth execution of products and processes.
- Provide training, support, and change management for current initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

- Develop customer-centric products aligned with market and customer needs.
- Improve customer experience through process simplification and digital initiatives.
- Support field teams in effective customer servicing and product adoption.

Risk and Internal Control

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, policies, and internal controls.
- Support audit compliance and implementation of PPAC approvals.
- Identify and mitigate operational and process-related risks through continuous monitoring.
