Role & responsibilities:-

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the development and delivery of enterprise Healthcare platforms in a quick-paced global environment.

- Define product strategy, roadmap, business cases, ROI, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

- Drive Product Management initiatives across cross-functional and cross-geography teams.

- Utilize deep healthcare domain expertise across Claims, Members, Payers, Providers, Benefits, Policy Administration, and Clinical Automation.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

- Conduct business process modeling, use case development, JAD/RAD workshops, and process flow analysis.

- Work closely with Technical Analysts and Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

- Act as a Proxy Product Owner by creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs while defining sprint goals with delivery teams.

- Assess change requests and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership, customer IT Heads, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.

- Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

- Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technical functionality testing team.





- Working as a proxy Product Owner to create Product Backlog, review and ensure the backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized.

- Backlog creation and maintenance.

- Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories Working with the Tower Heads to define the high-level scope goals for each Sprint.

- Documentation of business processes and manuals Requirements Worked on tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha , JiraAlign

Secondary Responsibilities

- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.

- Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals.

- Collaborate with QA teams to define business scenarios for functional testing.

- Ensure stakeholder alignment through effective communication and requirement management.

- Mentor product and business analysis teams while promoting Agile best practices.

- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and Jira Align for product planning and execution.

- Apply knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and NoSQL technologies to support product decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:-

- Experience in presenting to senior leaders and C-level execs
- working with customer IT Heads, business heads, and Project managers Total Experience of 10-12 years with 2 years of Project Management experience.

- End-to-end project implementations for enterprise customers Experience.

- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

- Basic to Intermediate level understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, JSON SQL/NoSQL

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Knowledge
