HireQuotient is building the AI-native Recruiting OS , a system of intelligence for recruiting that brings sourcing, outreach, screening, evaluation, and hiring workflows into one intelligent operating layer.

We are rethinking how recruiting teams work when AI is embedded into the workflow rather than added as another tool. Our product team works closely with engineering, design, customers, and go-to-market to turn complex recruiting problems into simple, scalable products.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own product outcomes end-to-end, from understanding the problem to shipping, measuring adoption, and deciding what comes next.

What You’ll Do

- Own a product area end-to-end , from customer discovery and product strategy through roadmap, execution, launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Talk directly to customers and users to understand workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and convert those insights into clear product priorities.
- Translate product problems into PRDs, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and well-defined product decisions .
- Work closely with engineering teams building on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN) to scope solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and unblock execution.
- Reason comfortably about APIs, integrations, data flows, databases, system behavior, and technical constraints without needing to write production code.
- Define success metrics before shipping and use product analytics, customer feedback, usage data, and business outcomes to evaluate impact.
- Partner with design to build intuitive, high-quality user experiences across complex recruiting workflows.
- Work with engineering and AI teams on features where product behavior depends on AI/ML and LLM-powered systems , including quality,



reliability, user trust, and edge cases.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product launches, positioning, enablement, customer feedback, and adoption.
- Continuously prioritize across customer needs, business impact, technical debt, product quality, and speed.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of Product Management experience , ideally building B2B SaaS, workflow, platform, or AI products.
- A track record of taking customer-facing products or features from discovery through launch and measurable adoption .
- Strong product judgment. You can separate an interesting request from a problem worth solving.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working closely with software engineers.
- Working understanding of modern web application architecture. Experience working with MERN, MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js, REST APIs, integrations, or similar technologies is valuable.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort using data to prioritize problems, define metrics, and evaluate product performance.
- Ability to run structured customer discovery, user research, competitive analysis, and product experimentation .
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can turn ambiguity into a decision that engineering, design, and business teams can act on.
- High ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving workplace where priorities evolve as we learn.

Good to Have

- Experience building AI, ML, LLM, agentic, automation, or data-driven products .
- Experience in HRTech, recruitment technology, ATS, talent acquisition, recruiting workflows, or enterprise SaaS .
- Prior engineering, computer science, or other hands-on technical experience.
- Experience with product analytics tools, SQL, APIs, integrations, or experimentation frameworks.
