Role & responsibilities
- Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio
- Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
- Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
- Assessment of opportunities in antiseptic and adjacent categories
- Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category through cross functional co-ordination and external vendor management
- Lead all the brand and product management analysis, planning and execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions
- Monitor market changes, trade issues, competitive brand communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally
- Regular reporting of business performance of the portfolio
Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have experience in Pharma OTC or FMCG only
