Looking for product guys passionate about tech , doers and executers, with minimum support and self motivated and enthusiastic.
What you'll be doing
- Write BRDs that actually make sense — not just a doc nobody opens
- Sit with engineering and QA and walk them through it till everyone's on the same page
- Run functional testing once it's built — catch what's broken before users do
- Talk to users, find out what's actually broken in the first place
- Sit in on planning calls — and push back if you disagree
- Plus the regular stuff — competitor research, backlog grooming, meeting notes, market scans (someone's gotta do it, and you'll actually see why it matters)
Who we're looking for
- Asks "wait, why" a lot
- Can turn a messy problem into a explicit one on paper
- Doesn't need a task list to know what to do next
