We are looking for a Product Growth Engineer who can combine technical skills, product thinking, data analysis, and business growth to improve user acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify product and user growth opportunities using data and customer insights.

- Analyse user behaviour, conversion, activation, retention, and churn.

- Plan and execute A/B tests and product growth experiments.

- Work with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales teams to implement growth initiatives.

- Build or improve product features that drive user and revenue growth.

- Track growth metrics and measure the impact of experiments.

- Identify opportunities to improve the product across different international markets.





Required Skills:

- 1- 3 years of experience in Product Growth, Growth Engineering, SaaS, Product Analytics, or Software Engineering with growth exposure.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of product funnels, A/B testing, churn, retention, and conversion.

- Basic/robust programming knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar.

- Understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies.

- Strong interest in product, user behaviour, and business growth
