KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor key operational metrics and process trackers to ensure service efficiency and timely case closures.
- Act as the escalation point for complex immigration cases and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients and mobility partners.
- Drive client retention through periodic service reviews, proactive engagement, and resolution of service challenges.
- Monitor client feedback and service quality indicators such as CEI / Get 5 scores to ensure superior customer experience.
- Strengthening the organizations market reputation through solid industry relationships and client engagement.

People Leadership:

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Visa & Immigration team aligned with business growth objectives.
- Cascade organizational KPIs into functional and individual performance goals and monitor performance through structured reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous development within the team.
- Ensure structured goal setting, performance evaluation, and capability development initiatives for team members.

- Potential and existing corporate customers across all service lines
- Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) and global mobility partners
- Government authorities, embassies,



and immigration regulatory bodies

- Relocations Service Heads across all service verticals
- Sales and Business Development teams
- Support Functions including Pricing, Finance, and Operations

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

QUALIFICATION

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Relocations or Global Mobility industry is preferred, candidates with demonstrated success in relationship-driven service industries such as logistics, hospitality, or similar sectors will also be considered.

Knowledge of Visa & Immigration practices, including key origin and destination markets and service delivery capabilities across geographies.
