About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Engineer / Platform Engineer with strong backend development and system architecture experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance backend systems, APIs, and platform components.

Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or intelligent workflows will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and scale robust backend systems and platform architecture.

Build and maintain production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices.

Own end-to-end product development from design and development to deployment and optimization.

Develop data pipelines and system integrations.

Perform performance optimization and scalability improvements.

Contribute to system design, database modeling, and architecture decisions.

Collaborate with frontend engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product experiences.

Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, or intelligent workflows where applicable.

Implement code quality, monitoring, reliability, and performance best practices.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system stability.

Take ownership of technical deliverables in a fast-paced product environment.

Must-Have Skills





4–6 years of relevant experience in backend/product/platform engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.

Strong understanding of System Design and Scalable Architecture.

Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.

Hands-on experience with databases such as:

PostgreSQL

MongoDB

Redis

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of backend performance, scalability, and system integration.

Strong problem-solving, ownership, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or RAG architectures.

Knowledge of LangChain or similar AI frameworks.

Experience with Vector Databases and Embeddings.

Exposure to analytics or data-driven products.

Experience working with FinTech, GRC, Enterprise SaaS, or B2B SaaS products.

Experience working in a 0→1 product development workplace.
