Key Responsibilities

Product

Demonstration

Conduct product demonstrations for customers and internal teams.

Explain technical features and advantages effectively.

2.

Project

Management (Customer-wise)

Manage customer-specific projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate required actions across all departments to ensure timely delivery.

3.

Sales Tools

Development

Create, review, and refine sales tools and presentations.

Ensure tools are aligned with product updates and customer needs.

4.

Engineering Change

Notice (ECN) Regularization

Implement and regularize ECN processes.

Maintain accurate documentation and communication of changes.

- Documentation & Reporting

Track Daily Call Reports (DCR)



and ensure timely updates.

Prepare troubleshooting guides and provide technical support documentation.

6.

Customer Acceptance

Tests

Attend CFAT (Customer Factory Acceptance Test) and VFAT (Vendor Factory Acceptance Test).

Ensure compliance with customer requirements during testing phases.

7.

Technical

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.

Develop troubleshooting guides for common product issues.

Minimum 1+ Years Exp in Machinery Manufacturing Industry
