Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development across categories
Handle merchandising, sourcing, and vendor coordination
Manage costing and price negotiations to achieve targeted margins
Drive production planning to ensure On-Time Deliveries (OTDs)
Collaborate with the Buying Team during seasonal product selection
Develop and onboard recent vendors; maintain strong vendor relationships
Educate vendors on
Seasonal mood boards & collection direction
Buyer quality standards
Ways of working & code of conduct
Ensure product quality standards are met without compromising cost efficiency
Balance pricing to keep both suppliers and customers satisfied
What We’re Looking For
Strong expertise in home furnishing categories
Proven experience in vendor development & sourcing
Excellent negotiation and costing skills
Ability to manage multiple product lines and deadlines efficiently
Strong understanding of market trends and seasonal developments
