Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle : discovery, research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, final designs, and implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing, converting insights into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Solve complex product problems through simple, intuitive, and user-centric experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and a consistent design language.
- Ensure solid UX, interaction design, accessibility, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Present design concepts and clearly explain the design rationale.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-Have Skills :





- 3-5 years of Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Strong expertise in Figma.
- Proficiency in UX/UI and interaction design.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong visual design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience using AI design/productivity tools.

Preferred Profile :

- Experience working on B2C / consumer products.
- Experience designing AI-first experiences.
