We are looking for a Product Designer who can transform complex business requirements and user workflows into intuitive, scalable and visually polished digital products.

The role requires a balance of UX thinking, interaction design, high-quality UI and design-system capability. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, engineering teams and users to design enterprise software and AI-native product experiences from discovery through implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, user needs and operational workflows through discovery sessions and user research.
- Translate complex requirements into information architecture, user journeys, task flows and intuitive product experiences.
- Create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes.
- Design data-intensive enterprise interfaces such as dashboards, tables, forms, workflows, approval systems and workspaces.
- Define interaction behaviours, system states, validations, error handling, permissions and edge cases.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, components, variables and interaction patterns in Figma.
- Plan and conduct usability testing, gather feedback and improve designs based on evidence.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to refine features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically practical and implemented accurately.
- Prepare clear design specifications, annotations and developer hand-off documentation.
- Review implemented features and conduct design QA across devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, responsiveness and visual-consistency standards.
- Contribute to product discovery, feature prioritisation and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Product Design,



UX/UI Design or a similar digital-product role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product-design work—not only final UI screens.
- Experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise applications or complex workflow-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design and usability principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables and prototyping.
- Ability to create user journeys, task flows, wireframes and high-fidelity product interfaces.
- Strong visual-design skills, including typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy and layout.
- Experience creating or maintaining scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Experience designing dashboards, data tables, complex forms, role-based workflows and responsive interfaces.
- Ability to identify and design for loading, empty, success, warning, validation and error states.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing and design validation.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive-design principles.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to business, product and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product-design assignments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing AI-native products, copilots, conversational interfaces or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise knowledge systems, workflow automation or document-intensive applications.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Experience using product analytics or user feedback to improve product experiences.
- Experience working in an agile product-development workplace.

Portfolio requirement: Candidates should include at least two detailed product-design case studies showing the original problem, research or requirements, user flows, design decisions, final interface and implementation outcome.
