Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Delivery professional to join our Product Management Team and take ownership of the successful deployment, implementation, and delivery of products and solutions at client locations.

The role will involve close coordination with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Project Teams, Vendors, and Clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of products as per defined requirements, specifications, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong execution and coordination skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery and deployment of products and technology solutions at client/project locations.
- Coordinate with the Product Management Team to understand product requirements, specifications, features, and implementation plans.
- Plan and execute product deployments within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Technology/IT, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Support for smooth delivery.
- Work closely with clients and site teams to understand requirements and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Conduct product installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover as applicable.
- Ensure products and solutions are delivered as per approved specifications and client requirements.
- Track project/product delivery milestones and provide regular status updates to management.
- Identify delivery risks, operational challenges, and dependencies and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners involved in product deployment and implementation.
- Maintain proper documentation including delivery reports, installation reports, checklists, handover documents, and issue logs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product demonstrations, training, and go-live activities.




- Collect feedback from clients and field teams and share actionable insights with the Product Management Team for product improvement.
- Monitor post-deployment issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, safety guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Travel to client/project locations as required for product deployment and implementation.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with a technical background and experience in product deployment, implementation, project delivery, or technology operations will be preferred.
