Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement Officer role based in Bengaluru.

The Procurement

Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing and processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries for hospitality operations and bulk amenity supplies. The role involves negotiating contracts and pricing, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to quality standards and company policies.

Officer will monitor stock levels, coordinate with operations and finance teams to forecast demand and manage budgets, and maintain accurate procurement documentation and records. The position also includes analyzing procurement data to optimize sourcing strategies, minimize risk, and support continuous improvement of the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Purchasing to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and end-to-end purchasing cycles.
- Candidates should possess experience with Purchase Orders and related documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant procurement processes.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels with vendors and suppliers.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, costs, and inventory data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, FMCG, or B2B distribution is beneficial, especially in managing bulk supplies and vendor networks.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-management abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic procurement or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement or purchasing.
