MSA Instruments is hiring a proactive and organized Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase orders, material sourcing, and timely delivery. The role requires robust negotiation, coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure procurement as per required technical and commercial specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

- Acquire quotations from vendors and compare pricing, specifications, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Make and process purchase orders accurately and within approved budgets.

- Regular coordination with suppliers and manufacturers for timely material delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and transporters.

- Continuous tracking of pending orders and resolving procurement-related issues on time.

- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams regarding product specifications and requirements.

- Monitoring of stock levels on a regular basis and initiate procurement activities to avoid shortages.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

- Directly contact with logistics providers, courier agencies, and transporters for timely deliveries.

- Checking regular compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements related to transportation and material movement.





- Manage all delivery scheduling to make sure on-time dispatch and customer satisfaction.

- Efficiently solve dispatch and transportation-related issues.

- Communicate with customers regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.

- Examine the GeM Portal regularly for relevant tenders, bids, and reverse auctions.

- Ensure compliance with GeM and government procurement policies.

- Analyse tender requirements, technical specifications, eligibility conditions, and commercial terms.

- Prepare pricing and commercial quotations as per tender requirements.

Key requirement For this role:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or vendor management.

- Excellent working knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.

- Must have the ability to work under deadlines and manage different procurement activities simultaneously.

- Capable enough to handle the Team of Inside sales and have experience in preparation of compliance sheets and uploading of commercial/Technical documents.

- Basic understating of industrial products of Oil & Gas, Chemical ,Automation industries.

- Experience in GeM Portal, E-tendering,Ariba portal and bidding will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification & Soft Skills

- B.com/ B.B.A/ B.Sc/ MBA or related field.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google sheet, Google meet,advance excel and other documentation required for bidding.
