Solar Circle Power Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project cum Procurement Manager to lead procurement and project coordination activities for Ground Mount Solar EPC Projects .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement activities from project planning through execution.
- Source and procure Solar Modules, Inverters, MMS, Electrical BOS, Cables, LT/HT Panels, Switchyard, Transmission and other BOS materials.
- Handle RFQs, vendor identification, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations and Purchase Orders.
- Manage supplier performance, delivery schedules and material availability.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Stores and Finance teams for timely execution.
- Align procurement activities with project milestones and schedules.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors and service providers.
- Track project progress and resolve procurement and supply-chain-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports and compliance documentation.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting and procurement cost-control activities.

Candidate Requirements




- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement and project execution within Solar EPC.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract management and project execution.
- Experience in procurement of Solar Modules, Inverters, MMS, Electrical BOS, Switchyard and Transmission Materials.
- Positive understanding of project planning, material scheduling, logistics coordination and site execution.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement management systems.
- Experience with utility-scale Ground Mount Solar Projects (10 MW+) will be preferred.

Important: Only candidates with relevant experience in Solar EPC Ground Mount Projects will be considered. Applications without relevant solar project experience will not be entertained.
