Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Procurement Manager with 4–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, and vendor management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations, vendor relationships, negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of materials as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Handle vendor negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Raise and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
- Compare quotations and conduct vendor selection based on price, quality, and service.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Monitor purchase orders, pending orders, delivery schedules, and procurement timelines.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within approved budgets and company policies.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, Stores, Sales, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, and related documentation.
- Use Zoho Inventory for purchase orders, inventory tracking, stock monitoring, vendor management, and procurement-related activities.
- Prepare procurement MIS, spend reports, and vendor performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Resolve vendor issues related to delayed deliveries, pricing, quality, and shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procurement processes.

Required Qualifications




- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA is mandatory/preferred, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and procurement reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be proactive, commercially strong, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing procurement operations. Candidates who have hands-on experience in Zoho Inventory along with strong vendor negotiation and inventory management skills will be preferred. Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
