Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and services for commercial workspace projects.
- Source and evaluate vendors for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP requirements.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Estimation, and Site teams to understand project requirements.
- Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Track procurement schedules and follow up with vendors to avoid project delays.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, procurement documentation,



and cost-related reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network for commercial interior and MEP requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in MEP procurement, preferably in commercial interiors/workspace projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, vendors, and market rates.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of BOQ, specifications, and procurement processes.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
