Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Intern to support purchasing and vendor coordination activities. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, evaluating vendor proposals, and ensuring smooth procurement operations while gaining practical exposure to procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors to collect quotations, product specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Compare vendor proposals and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
- Ensure materials comply with approved drawings and required specifications.
- Assist in tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain records of supplier communications and transactions.




- Support the procurement team in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

- Engineering graduate or final-year student (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, or related disciplines preferred).
- 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

- Basic understanding of procurement processes.
- Familiarity with vendor management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
