- Procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
- Vendor development, supplier evaluation, and negotiations
- Purchase Order (PO) processing and follow-up
- Inventory coordination and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance of materials
- Coordination with Production, Stores, and Finance teams
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
